Visit to Delhi and Taj Mahal
In April 2025, I traveled to Delhi and around, exploring iconic landmarks such as Qutub Minar, India Gate, Akshardham, Lotus Temple, Vrindavan, Mathura, the Taj Mahal, and the Red Fort. It was an amazing week filled with memorable experiences.
A Day Health Camp at School
In February 2025, I participated in a one-day health camp organized at a local school, where we conducted general health checkups for students, provided basic medical advice, and offered health education sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and first aid. It was a fulfilling experience contributing to the well-being of children and promoting preventive healthcare in a school setting.
Spiritual Journey Across India
I went on a spiritual journey across India, starting from Raxaul to Patna, visiting major temples along the way. I explored Rajgir, took a holy dip in the Ganges at Varanasi, visited the newly built Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, and stopped by the Gorakhpur temple before returning home. It was a meaningful and enriching experience.
A Bike Ride to Manang
In October 2024, I went on an unforgettable bike ride to Manang, traveling through the scenic routes of Lamjung. Along the way, we stayed a night in the beautiful village of Ghale Gaun. One of the highlights of the trip was a challenging yet rewarding day hike to Ice Lake, reaching an altitude of 4,600 meters. The journey was a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and cultural experience.
Dashain Celebration
Like every year, Dashain 2024 was full of joy and meaningful moments. Receiving tika and blessings from my parents, sharing delicious traditional food, and spending quality time with family made the festival truly special. It's a beautiful reflection of Nepal's rich culture, bringing loved ones together in celebration and gratitude.
CB-IMNCI Training Experience
In September 2024, I had the opportunity to serve as a trainer in a 5-day CB-IMNCI (Community-Based Integrated Management of Neonatal and Childhood Illness) training program for nurses and dedicated paramedics in Upper Gorkha. Organized by Community Action Nepal and Danphe Care, the program focused on strengthening pediatric care at the grassroots level. It was a rewarding experience to share insights from my time at Kanti Children's Hospital and contribute to capacity-building in a remote setting.
Rafting at Trishuli
In April 2024, I enjoyed an exciting rafting trip on the Trishuli River—my second rafting adventure after Bhotekoshi. The experience was filled with thrilling rapids, a refreshing cliff jump, and swimming in the cool river waters. It was a fun and energizing break surrounded by nature and good company.
Pokhara and Bandipur Visit
In February 2023, I took a short three-day trip to Pokhara and Bandipur, where I had the chance to explore the natural beauty and peaceful charm of both places. A highlight of the trip was experiencing paragliding for the first time—an unforgettable adventure soaring above the scenic landscape.
Poon Hill Trek
In March 2022, I went on a memorable trek to Poon Hill with friends. We began our journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara, then traveled to the charming village of Ghandruk, where the trek officially started. Hiking through Ghorepani and finally reaching the stunning sunrise viewpoint at Poon Hill was an unforgettable experience. We made our way back to Pokhara via Ulleri, completing a beautiful circuit through the heart of the Annapurna region.
Pediatric Ward Wall Art
As part of a creative initiative during medical school, our team of 10 students painted the walls of the pediatric ward at Kathmandu Medical College with colorful cartoons and cheerful artwork. This project, supported by the Department of Pediatrics under Prof. Dr. Pushpa Raj Sharma and organized through RACKMC, aimed to create a warm, child-friendly environment for young patients. It was a heartwarming experience blending creativity with care.
Eastern Nepal & Darjeeling Trip
In February 2018, I traveled to Eastern Nepal with friends, combining adventure with celebration as we attended a family ceremony at a friend's home. We explored the lush tea gardens of Ilam and enjoyed the scenic beauty of Darjeeling, making it a memorable and refreshing getaway.
